Spontaneous Overlanding Trip – A Client’s Perspective

“I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.” – John Burroughs

A spontaneous invitation to our local hot springs left me in a bit of a panic as to how I was going to get everything I needed purchased and ready for 4 days out in Mother Nature.  To be honest I didn’t have the time to plan, shop, and pack.

It just so happens I’m friends with two amazing men who own Sonoran Trails, lucky me!  I hit them up and asked if I could lease their Rig, fully equipped with everything I needed, minus food and clothes.

It was just what I needed!  The vehicle orientation helped tremendously! After I picked out a spot to set up, everything was good to go and ready in 20 minutes.  In short time, I was headed to the springs just as the sun was setting.

I’m incredibly thankful to both of these guys, if it wasn’t for their quick response, amazing instruction(s) and ready to go Jeep, I wouldn’t have made it out there to spend the weekend decompressing, healing and recharging my batteries.

I can’t wait for spring so I can share this with my 2 kids!

Again, thank you Chris and Josh for making it so easy!
